Quinn looked at his PokeGear. "I don't think I changed it from Johto to Kanto..." Quinn said. He felt stupid for that. Finally, Quinn could go to Vermilion and challenge Lt. Surge, an army veteran. "Who do you think I should use against Surge?" He asked the group.
