"We aren't a threat to this town." Kotomi responded to Aiden with a shake of her head. She then took a deep breath, and the red haired teen noticed the darkness in her aura begin to disappear, which brought him to relax. "A lot had happened nineteen years ago, more then what I can explain, but my friends and I aren't a threat to Fells Church at all. This place is truly our home, and we want to live here peacefully." She paused as Aiden unfolded his arms and leaned against the railing of the bridge, although his gaze didn't leave her. "You're an Original though? What's your name?"

"My name is Aiden." The ginger responded with a smile. "Unfortunately, I'm not all that familiar with the other Originals; we've never actually met that I can remember..." His smile shifted back into a smirk as he continued. "But don't let that fool you; I'm the real thing."


"I'm not that clumsy anymore." Ashley laughed in response to Ichiru, then turning back toward her daughters.

"Too bad we can't say the same for Kiseki." Ichiru said as Stefan took Lexi's hand and led her over to the swings, where the blonde sat down on one as Stefan pushed her. Kiseki followed Caroline over to the jungle gym while Isobel sat on a nearby bench with a book that she had taken out of her purse.

"Maybe if the girls get tired out then they'll go down for a nap easier today." Caroline said as Ashley walked over to her, followed by Ichiru.

"Well I promised them ice cream once we got home, so I have a feeling they're going to get their energy back." Ashley sighed, though she had a warm smile.

"It won't only be them... If Kiseki gets any ice cream, we'll have three children on our hands." The smile returned to Ichiru's face as he watched Kiseki play with the girls. "He can actually be more of a handful than the girls are."

"I heard that!"

"I know you did." Kiseki stuck his tongue out at his brother, although the comment didn't upset him. By now he knew that Ichiru picking on him meant he was happy, or at least in a good enough mood to make jokes. After their experiences nineteen years ago, it was great to see everyone so happy and peaceful like this.
