Elite Four Lineups FR/LG and R/S/E
Below you will find the list of the Elite Four Lineups. You will also find recommended types to battle these gyms in Red next to each pokemon. This is an updated version of the original thread for beating the Elite 4 In Fire Red/Leaf Green.
When you are training for the Elite Four you can go about that in many different ways. I personally over train my Pokemon. If the champion of the gym has a level 70 Charizard, I will make sure to have all my Pokemon at level 70. Some others will stick with a common team strategy or even train a select few to make it more challenging. No matter what style you choose please make sure to bring lots of revives, max potions, full heals and full restores.
If you are having trouble beating Elite 4 feel free post your team here or ask questions.
