Rangers will use the following three lists for rolling encounters. 20 3-sided dice will be rolled to determine what ranks the Pokemon will be, and then the dice will be rolled for the Pokemon themselves. Here are the lists Rangers will be using:

Now let’s say the following list is what the Ranger gets when they roll the 20 3-sided dice to determine initial rank:

The Trainer will encounter 5 Common Pokemon, 10 Uncommon Pokemon, and 5 Borderline Pokemon. From here, the Ranger will then roll 5 72-sided dice to determine the specific Common Pokemon, 10 89-sided dice for the Uncommon Pokemon, and 5 66-sided dice for the Borderline Pokemon.

The Ranger then simply matches the numbers they rolled to their corresponding Pokemon, so the finished list would look like this:
