She heard James congratulate her as the device closed around the Slowbro, and she let out a heavy sigh of relief.

She wandered over to Toshrio who had planted himself on the ground. He was panting lightly, having taken some damage from Slowbro's last attack. That Trick Room had messed him up a little, but he had still performed exactly how she wanted him too.

“Great work, Toshrio,” she said, reaching over to ruffle his ears while smiling. Despite him being a serious battler, he did like the attention, and his head arched into her hand. “Are you okay to keep going?” she asked. At his nod, she stood up. She waited for him to join her and then they headed over to James.

She still had a few more tracks left on her Stunfisk disk, but even if that didn't work out, she still thought this trip was worth it. Toshiro had an excellent battle, and they had another useful team member.

“We're ready to move on whenever you are,” she said to the Ranger.
