Circle Throw will also fail if the target has the ability Suction Cups or has Substitute set up. (I figured this should be add in to clear up misunderstandings)

Stomp can only cause the target to flinch if the user attacks before the target. Stomp's BP is also doubled if the target used Minimize.
Minimize: "Until user is replaced, when user is targeted by Stomp or Steamroller, damage dealt is multiplied by 2." I think I'll leave Stomp and Steamroller as is.
I would like to add that Defog can be reflected by Magic Coat and no longer works on Substitute.

Meh, Defog is a stat reduction, so it's implied by Magic Coat and Substitute's effect. Realistically speaking, if Pidgey flaps its wings and Rhydon has a Substitute up, the fog should still go away, so I think I'll leave that as is.

Wonder Skin does not affect moves that inflict status as a secondary effect. (should be added in, I guess)
I'll leave it as is - if it deals status as a secondary effect, then damage is its primary.
