Yea, chances are they'll just go through the steps of being a "better" country, then turn right back around and fall unto chaos and anarchy for a few years. That's how most countries end up, though Egypt is a good exception.
The thing about Egypt (I've been there and to Libya, as well as Syria and South Africa and the Congo) is that its people seemed relatively intelligent regarding what they would do after Mubarak left, and when he did, they implemented it quickly. Libya, on the other hand, took months to make any sort of progress and can't even find the person responsible.
Talk about not knowing how to fight a revolution.
