-252 Hp/252 Defense/ 4 Sp def or 252 Hp/4 Defense/ 252 Sp def respectively
-31/31/31/x/31/31 or 31/31/31/x/31/0 for Sassy
-Leech Seed/Thunder Wave
-Gyro Ball/Toxic/Anything really
Good poke all around. Great defensive stats for most needs on either side of the spectrum so perfectly fit for Careful or Impish. Sassy for a more offensive Curse set. Good poke and useful for any team.
-Conkeldurr D: (Rupuushin)
-252 HP/ 252 attack/ 4 sp def or 252 HP/4 atk/252 sp defense (you see where I'm going with these)
Not much to say, bulky poke with great priority (and good attack type priority), bulk up, and impossible to burn. Bulk up is really able to be played defensively if you feel like setting up multiple bulk ups or just setting up one and doing some damage. Really the only let down is alot of pokes you have to hope hitting with Mach punch or tanking with drain punch.
(Could not resist the top hat)
-Leftovers (why do all these pokes have leftovers)
- 252 HP/ 252 Defense/ 4 Sp def or 252 HP/252 Sp atk/ 252 def
-Psyco Shock/ Shadow Ball
Second Verse same as the first I suppose. Powerful Bulky poke that can easily set up and become hard to take down. Nice that it also gets Magic Guard so not even bad weather can keep you down. Psyco Shock for Stab and being harder to wall and stab, or Shadow Ball for better coverage along Focus Blast. Unfortunate you don't have more moves. If you really don't like Calm Mind you can switch off of Calm mind and throw a nice pair of Choice Specs on the modest version for a surprise and run Focus Blast/Psycho Shock/Shadow Ball/[Trick/grass knot/ HP (Fire/Ice)]
-Landlos [Boss Moogle]
-Choice [Band/Scarf]/Life Orb
-252 Attack/252 Speed/4 HP
-Brick Break/ Swords Dance
Only complain is his move power is a little small, but Sand Force Earthquake helps ease the pain. Nice simple straight forward offensive set. Obviously don't run Swords Dance with a choice item, but if you rather have life orb SD is a good route. You can run U-turn on SD if you really want to, but its mainly because Brick Break isn't going to do much and U-turn [SD U-turn at least has the potential to do some damage too] gives you perfect coverage. Granted the idea of a SD STAB EQ in the Sand really doesn't give you much of a reason to use Brick Break unless they have a balloned T-Tar.
-252 atk/252 speed/ 4 HP
I'm conviced the only reason Excadrill doesn't have stone edge is so that he wouldn't be completely and utterly broken. Really its job is to clean anyway so rock slide should be alright to hit something if you really need it. X-scissor for the coverage as mentioned before or Shadow Claw for that lucky crit [Since once again we're pretty much looking at you EQ]. But hey, get this little bugger in the sand and weaken your opponents team up abit and enough said.
I think thats a fair amount of suggestions for now.
