You can. if u use the xp version, when you click on the mark thingy to move stuff around you will see two images under the tools section. click on the lower one.
for windows 7 version, click the little arrow under the mark tool to open up a tab(dunno if that is the right word) and click on transparent marking(got a swedish version so i don't know if it says that exactly)
