I looked inside the cave, trying to get a good idea as to what kind of Pokemon lived inside. After a moment's consideration, I decided to snoop around. Ranger Eli followed close behind as I slowly walked into the cave.

"I wonder where this cave leads," my voice echoed.

Several minutes had passed, and I was unable to find a single Pokemon. I was growing bored, and decided to play with one of my Pokemon to pass the time.

"Nyurgh, c'mon out," I said, tossing out a Pokeball.

The ball released a flash of white light, which gave way to reveal a pink blob of goo. Nyurgh, my Ditto, was a Pokemon capable of transforming into anything it wanted. At times it could be a little egotistical, but it was a lot of fun to hang out with.

"Okay Nyurgh, what's on your mind right now?" I asked.

The pink blob nodded and slowly changed shape. After a few seconds, it took the shape of a shiny red cheri berry. I laughed and then watched it transform into an oran, then a figy.

"Okay, I get it, you're hungry," I chuckled.

Nyurgh nodded, then continued transforming into different types of food as we ventured deeper into the cave.
