They can be from either set. Glitches don't count, but something cool and cheat-related would be ok.

In Saffron in GSC, there's bushes in the north. but if a row goes offscreen, said bushes disappear. If you look at that area from the cerulean route side, there are no bushes.

Also in GSC, there's a pond way south of Blackthorn, and if u use a super Rod, u can find lv 10 Dragonairs. No matter what rod you use, all pokes are level 10. u can also find Magikarp and Dratini.
