I should explain something, because I did post some actions without thinking.:

The sould of John Defoe is in the African idol. It is the vessel of the feral child's soul. He/She who touches it gets possessed and filled with super-human power or super-super-human for you demons and vampires. The downfall is that possessed becomes really stupid and mentally blind, unable to tell friend from foe. They also have to have the spirit forced out of them, either by magic or by knocking them out.
