Starmie, Forretress, Donphan, and Tentacruel are easily the best Rapid Spinners in the game. I don't see why you'd use the Hitmons/Blastoise when those four outclass them in every way. Starmie is really the only one that you can sweep with. I wouldn't use Forry because you already have Spikes and Stealth Rocks on your team.
