I'm assuming your using your jolteon as a sweeper with that moveset. You need a Hidden Power in there, but you need to know what type it is. Check out what type it is and then tell me. If its something lame like ghost or electric, then just go back to endure. I really hate Hidden Power so I don't really mess with Jolteon.
The reason you need a rapid spinner is because now-a-days, there are alot of spikes and toxic spikes, and stealth rocker setter around that will cause a problem if you don't address it someway or another.
