Wow, I just got this Pokemon with 31/31/31/25/31/31!!! (yes it's accurate - calculated at lvl.100) That's pretty much perfect.

Constantly changing parents do help for sure. I think that's the best way. Before, I was too lazy to switch parents, but this is the reward I get for not being lazy! Ha ha.
