Here's his stats:
HP: 170
Attack: 137
Defense: 100
SP. Attack: 152
SP. Deffense: 115
Speed: 176
The best stat is speed obviously but SP. Attack beats regular, so I'd say special but I'd like a physical in there too for opponents like Wobbufett with a dominant SP. Deffense.
