Try this, it works for me,

-sludge bomb, I got it because of the stab boost

-shadow ball, good against non poison ghost types

-psychic, good against other gars and poison types

-taunt, it stalls special sweepers unless they have foresight


It's not the best but I beat the elite four agatha
