The main thing in the Bonus Disc is Jirachi, so if you want a Jirachi, this is your chance. If you're going to get the game anyways, might as well pre-order it now and get the Jirachi. Make sure you ask the store if they have the Bonus Disc before you pre-order it though, some stores either don't have them or ran out.
